Title: Incomplete uninstall Post by evaltry on Sep 27th, 2007, 3:08am I have been evaluating USB-Over-Network 3.1.7 trial for my company. One thing I wanted to check is uninstalling without leavning and indications for previous usage. Unfortunately, even after uninstalling the program, I still can't get rid of the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\FABULATECH\USBDEVICE\FABULATECHDEVICE0 I even tried to delete from safemode but with no success. Any help would be appreciated. |

Title: Re: Incomplete uninstall Post by Andrew on Sep 27th, 2007, 3:54am System uses this registry record to keep information about Plug'n'Play drivers. That is why users can not delete this registry key. |

Title: Re: Incomplete uninstall Post by evaltry on Sep 27th, 2007, 4:07am I managed to delete other keys under Enum. FABULATECH is the only one I can't delete. It must be a way to clean this value up. |
