USB over Network Won't Uninstall Windows 7 Upgrade

background:  On a Vista Ultimate machine I installed trial version of "USB over Network (Server) 4.2".  HP wouldn't write a Vista driver for my HP scanner (bastards), so I loaded the scanner driver on a virtual XP machine using Virtual PC 2007.  Of course on Virtual PC 2007 the USB port weren't available.  So I got the scanner to work with the (client) version on the virtual machine.

I sinced upgraded my machine to Windows 7 Ultimate.  The new Windows Virtual PC in Windows 7 already has virtualization for the USB ports so I won't need "USB over Network (server) 4.2".  For my application at least.

I noticed that none of my USB devices are working.  Looking in the device manager I noticed they are all attached under a fabulatech usb driver with a caution sign.  I can uninstall the driver, however when I plug the device back in, it won't as Windows 7 for the correct driver and just assigns it to the fabulatech driver in the device manager.

I tried to uninstall fabulatech "USB over Network (server) 4.2" from my machine and get the follwing error:
"The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package.  This may indicate a problem with this package.  The error code is 2739."

I tried using system restore, however it seems Windows 7 won't let you roll all the way back, so I couldn't go back far enough so that it would uninstall.

How can I uninstall fabulatech with a corrupt uninstaller package?
Can I manually remove the fabulatech drivers so Windows 7 will assign the correct drivers (files, registry, system variables, drivers, etc.)?
Is there a way to fix the package?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Scott

Scott, it looks like you've got Javascript issue. You can easily resolve it using this utility:

Please install USB over Network Server again. Check that all the USB devices are "unshared" and visible by your Vista physical machine. After it unistall the product. In case there is something wrong with the installer (4.2) please let me know and I will send you another one.
